Calling all French majors out there: What’s the translation for “What the actual heck?”

If you’ve seen the outfits in Netflix’s series “Emily in Paris,” you know exactlyyyyyyyy how I feel. It’s def a guilty pleasure of mine — something I wouldn't actually admit to watching (except to all of you, of course).

From rainbow jackets to oversized bows on dresses, there’s, um, a lot to unpack in the second season. She wears a lot of hot pink and lime green, like some oversized Polly Pocket wannabe. My pal, K, took one look at this season 2 outfit and described it as “a leprechaun on Valentine’s Day.”

I *choose* to believe those color combos were an artistic choice and not just a fashion disaster. Believe me — I’m a huge fan of fantastic camp looks. This, however, was not camp, whatsoever. Camp is intentional, creative and purposeful in the way it breaks fashion rules.

YouTuber Mina Le breaks it down pretty well in her video “Emily in Paris season 2 was… better???” If you’ve got 23 minutes to spare, it’s a must-see.

As for the ‘fits I actually liked, Emily wore these absolutely fab pink boots in episode seven. I kid you not, I immediately had a Google sesh to find a dupe. Slyvie is also always trčs stylish, and I noticed her wearing a trendy Gen-Z green color throughout the season.

This might be a bit controversial, but I also loved the bucket hats. Sorryyyyyyyyyyyy.

I’m not going to dive into the actual plot of the series, but (spoiler alert!) Emily is the worst. Maybeeeee, um, don’t sleep with your pal’s boyfriend? Also, while you’re at it, plz try to actually learn the language and not act *so* entitled! Okay, good, glad we had this talk.

Lily Collins, queen, you’re really letting me down.
