John Moore, KRCU Operations Director was manning the radio station on election night.

Moore said he has voted in almost every election since he was 18 and saw a larger turnout this midterm than in the past. Moore speculated this turnout is partially because of social media and partially because there are many social issues on the ballot this midterm.

Moore said it is important to vote to express your opinions to both local and national party leaders and make sure your voice is heard.
