International students have the potential to receive help finding jobs this semester at the International student Career Workshop being held from 2-3 p.m. Feb. 11 in the Glenn Auditorium.

The career fair will provide resources for students who are searching for employment, including cover letter workshops and mock interviews to help prepare individuals for the job market.

International Student Associate president Tafadzwa Mlambo said countries all over the world have different ways to apply for a job and it could get confusing for an international student.

“In America, employers ask for cover letters and most international students don’t even know what those are,” Mlambo said. “In some countries, students have to list their parents' names first in order to get a job and in other places employers ask for more personal information.”
