In the pursuit of happiness, what are you looking for? What do you really want? Better yet, what is happiness? Until you have an understanding of what happiness is, you will never truly be happy. Ask yourself the simple question am I happy. What is your answer? If you cannot answer the question with a definitive yes you are not truly happy. If you are happy, I ask that you continue to do what you are doing because it is working for you. Move forward on your journey being sure to make the necessary adjustments when needed. Happiness exhausts excellence. Happiness aligns your mind, body, and soul. When you are happy, you are in control.

Are you in control of your life? Or are you watching life pass you by? This is a question you need to be open and honest about. If you are not open and honest, you will continue business as usual. Continuing business, as usual, might not be the best thing for you. The best thing for each and every one of us is to live life to the fullest. Be full, be grateful, and enjoy the blessings that have been bestowed upon you. I ask again, are you happy? Happiness is the radiant beams of the sun warming the earth, rivers flowing into oceans, and birds chirping in a tree. Happiness is you being yourself and me being me. Happiness is loving your reality whether, good, bad or indifferent. Happiness is learning the lesson, so the lesson does not repeat itself. Happiness is weathering the storm and knowing that joy does come in the morning. Happiness is knowing right is right and wrong is wrong. Happiness is being strong.

What are you pursuing as you pursue happiness? Are you focused on meeting your goals? Are you focused on materialistic things? Are you focused on achieving inner peace? Only you can answer these questions. Decide today how you will pursue happiness and make the rest of your life the best of your life.
