SEMO football defeated SIU in the "War for the Wheel" on Saturday, Sept. 21 by a score of 38-21.

During the win, senior quarterback Paxton DeLaurent threw for 301 yards, and 4 touchdowns, senior wide receiver Dorian Anderson, and freshman running back Payton Brown rushed for 127 yards and a touchdown.

With this win the Redhawks move to No. 13 in the country for FCS standings.

The Redhawks' next game is against Northwestern State on Sept. 28, at 3 p.m.
