Student Government Association (SGA) passed two resolutions for student organization funding and recognized the Greek Week Executive Board.

Redhawk Rhythm was approved for reimbursement of $652.11 from their trip to the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA). This trip totaled 13 students participating in the championship in Liberty, Mo.

President of Redhawk Rhythm, Ryleigh Baldwin, discussed how they are still waiting to hear the results of the championship, but they have a possibility of going to the semifinals. Redhawk Rhythm had just completed the quarterfinals. This is the third time this organization has been invited to compete at the ICCA’s.

The National Association for Music Education (NAfME-C) was approved for $275 to cover hotel costs for five students to attend their conference in Jefferson City, Mo.

The Greek Week Executive Board was approved for recognition for the 2022-2023 academic year. This allows for the Greek Week Executive Board to become officially recognized by the senate.
