Jill Stein, Green Party, does not have a designated immigration policy, however, her platform does include a few policies that do address immigration.

For immigration, Stein promises:

1. Stein’s health care plan includes a “Medicare for All” plan. The plan would mean that no restrictions can be made for care based on immigration status, pre-existing conditions, age or any other category.

2. Stein would create a welcoming path for immigrants.

3. To reduce the flow of immigrants, Stein would repeal NAFTA, end “failed drug wars” and “halting CIA and military interventions against democratically elected governments.”

4. Stein plans to protect immigrants by halting “deportations and detentions of law-abiding undocumented immigrants.”
